1.1 Faulty or Damaged Products

If your Product is faulty, damaged on arrival, or does not perform as described, you are entitled to remedies under the Australian Consumer Law. CLEENE FILTERS will repair, replace, or refund the Product as appropriate.

1.2 Change of Mind Returns

CLEENE FILTERS may accept change-of-mind returns at our discretion, provided that:

• The Product is unused and in its original, unopened packaging;
• The return request is made within 30 days of purchase; and
• The customer pays return shipping costs.

Approved change-of-mind refunds will be processed for the purchase price minus shipping fees and any applicable restocking fee (10%), clearly disclosed at time of approval.

1.3. Liability

Except as provided by law, CLEENE FILTERS’ liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the Product. CLEENE FILTERS is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Product.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
